This week my little Two-Rex turned into a Three-Horn... wow, such a bad, cheesy parent pun, but I'm stickin' with it! We decided to have an extremely last minute "party." It was so fast and loose that I dare even call it a party instead of a "playtime with cupcakes and grandparents."
Last year I purposely did what I could to plan a simple, non-overwhelming birthday, but this year our nomad life had me thinking we just couldn't do one. This little post is labeled "minimalist" more in the "lazy" or "just-can't-plan-a-party" sense. ha!
A more appropriate title might be "HOW TO not overlook your firstborn having a milestone."
So to rip off one of my favorites in a Hatmaker-style how-to list, here is proof that you can actually make a great party happen for your toddler with next-to-no time to devote!
